Date of delivery, delivery restrictions

Goods are, at the latest, shipped within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, except for public holidays) from placing the payment order with the transferring bank (in case of prepayment) or from concluding the contract (in case of instant transfers, PayPal payment or purchase on account).
Where delivery restrictions apply to a product, this will be pointed out when the product is offered.

Shipping charges Germany:  up to an order value of 14.90 € we charge € 2.90

                                              from 14.91 € to 24.90 € we charge € 5,00

                                              from 24.91 € to 249.99 € we charge € 6,00

                                              from 250.00 € shipping is free of charge
 

For shipping within the EU and to Switzerland we charge € 22.00 per order
 

Accepted methods of payment: PayPal, direct transfers, purchase on account, bank transfer, cash on collection.
 

 We are offering the following payment options in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. Payment is in each case made to Klarna:
 

• Invoice: Terms of payment shall be 14 days from the date of shipment of the goods / ticket or, for other services, the provision of the service. • Payment by instalments (only available in Germany): Klarna‘s finance service allows flexible payment for your purchase in monthly instalments of to at least 1/24 of the total amount (with, however, a minimum of 6.95 EUR) or at the terms and conditions specified at the point of sale. Payment of instalments shall in each case be due at the end of the month after dispatch of a monthly invoice by Klarna. • Direct payment: Your account is charged directly upon placement of your order.
• Direct debit: Your account is debited upon dispatch of the shipment. You will be informed of the date by email.

 
A positive credit rating check is required for the payment options Invoice, Payment by instalments, Direct payment and Direct debit. For this purpose, we will pass on your personal data prior to purchasing and during processing of the sales agreement for the purpose of checking your address details and creditworthiness. Please understand that we can only offer the payment options available to you as a result of the credit check.
