This innovative pad relieves the wither area with a corresponding cut-out and riser in its front part and ensures a more even weight distribution. The pad thus offers an effective way to counteract an emerging saddle soreness and abrasion points or to ease and cure an already existing saddle soreness (assuming a change over to a saddle with a suitable chamber width).
The anti-slip and shock-absorbing, hexagonally structured gelpad, combined with a layer of memory foam coated with breathable microfiber, does not only offer a unique comfort to the horseback, but also guarantees an optimal grip of the pad under the saddle.
Because of its hexagonal (honeycomb) gel structure, air is compressed within the cells of the gel pad and expelled as the horse moves, creating a cushion under the saddle.
